Valley of Waterfalls Hike with Julian from Not Tourists
This will be our most unique hike to date. This time we'll visit crystal-clear waters, waterfalls, and beautiful natural pools; deep canyons that serve as balconies and unique viewpoints of the natural and cultural landscape in Cocorná, Antioquia: dubbed Land of Water.

Itinerary:
6:00 am: Departure from Medellín
7:30 am: Breakfast on the way
8:30 am: Arrival at trailhead in La Vega, Carmen de Viboral
9:00 am: Hike from La Vega to Valle de las Cascadas following a forest reserve along the Santo Domingo River Canyon
1:00 pm: Arrival at Valley of Waterfalls, swimming and picnic
2:00 pm: Return to La Vega
6:00 pm: Return to Medellín
What to pack:
• Hiking boots or shoes you can get wet
• Active wear
• Sunblock
• Water or electrolyte solutions to rehydrate.
• Small backpack with a change of clothes
