​we are taking over the pavilion studio in chichester friday 11th september // 7pm - 8:30pm ⚡️

​join us for a spicy mat pilates session lead by the gorgeous rachael tickell fitness, followed by a glass of bubbles (soft drinks available) & mingling after.

​turn up solo or bring your girls... come for the sweat, meet new people, get involved. everyone's landing in the same crowd.

​🎟️ tickets: £20 includes spicy mat pilates + a glass of bubbles (or non alc drink) to hangout with after. mats provided too.
