Ozzy Isabu is an accomplished energy industry leader with over two decades of experience driving strategy, performance, and leadership across global upstream operations. Beyond her corporate achievements, she is deeply passionate about empowering the next generation of women. As the former Board Chair of the WAAW Foundation (Working to Advance STEM Education for African Women), Ozzy has championed education, mentorship, and opportunities for young women to thrive. She is a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer and Member of the John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team and also the Founder and convener of the Ladies Level Up Event series. Ozzy is a proud mom of three, bringing heart, authenticity, and inspiration to every space she creates.
