​An intentionally designed 60-minute journey that moves you through contrast from intensity to stillness.

​We begin with a 30-minute BTB our signature high-intensity workout with ANISSA to elevate the heart rate, build heat, and activate the body.

​This is followed by a 30-minute yoga session with CECILIA to slow everything down guiding you into deep release, regulation, and reset.

​The experience is built on a simple principle: everyone moves, processes, and heals differently.

​By taking you up, then bringing you down, the session allows you to fully experience both ends, effort and ease, strength and surrender.

​Expect a session that challenges you physically, then grounds you completely.
