Jungian Dreams Group

​Jungian Dreams Group is a small welcoming group exploring dreams through a Jungian lens. Ina a confidential setting, participants reflect on dream images, symbols, emotions, and recurring themes as expressions of the unconscious. No prior experience is required. This group is for personal growth and education and is not a substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care.

​All six dream groups will be held on zoom. In order to provide appropriate attention to each participant, space is limited to six persons at each meeting.

​Group facilitators are Deborah J. Bridge, Ph.D. and Steven Silverstein, Ph.D. both of Rochester.

​Dr. Bridge has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology trom Pacitica Graduate Insti-tute. She is an experienced educator, administrator, consultant, counselor and community leader with extensive background in special education, aging-adult support and depth psychology.

​Dr. Silverstein has a doctorate in psychology (clinical) from UB. He completed his internship and fellowship at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center (Payne Whitney Clinic). Currently he is a Professor of Psychiatry, Neuroscience and Ophthalmology, and the George L. Engel Professor of Biopsychosocial Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He also directs a clinic for adolescents and young adults at increased risk of developing a psychotic disorder. He has published extensively in medical journals and is on the board of the Analytical Society of WNY. He has over 40 years of experience running groups of various types.
