A dynamic conversation about how ambition changes after becoming a mother — not necessarily shrinking, but becoming more complex, more personal, and more values-driven.
We’ll explore identity shifts, the pressure to “go back” to who you were before, and what meaningful work looks like now.
This is a virtual event hosted The Nest's career group, and featuring Allyson Dhindsa, former career coach at NYU Stern, Dartmouth, and USC with master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology (UPenn) and Clinical Social Work (Fordham). With two young kids herself, her mission is to help individuals balance achievement and fulfillment.
Who it’s for: Prenatal + postpartum moms (babies are welcome, no dads for this one please)
What to expect: A professionally guided conversation that leaves us feeling less alone, more clear, and more able to define ambition on our own terms.
