As the sun rises over Lake Ontario, join us for a nourishing Kundalini Yoga practice designed to awaken your body, quiet your mind, and strengthen your connection to your own inner wisdom.
Intuition rarely arrives as a loud voice. More often, it comes as a subtle feeling, a quiet knowing, or a gentle nudge. In the busyness of everyday life, it's easy to overlook these whispers. Yet they often hold the guidance we've been searching for.
Throughout the month of July, our practices will focus on building the capacity for intuition—creating the internal stillness and awareness needed to recognize and trust your inner guidance with greater confidence.
Each Sunrise Sadhana includes a thoughtfully curated combination of:
Kundalini Yoga
Breathwork
Mantra
Meditation
Deep relaxation
Live handpan music during savasana
Leave feeling grounded, energized, and more deeply connected to yourself before the rest of the world has even begun its day.
All experience levels are welcome.
Please bring:
Yoga mat
Beach towel or blanket
Water
A cushion if you'd like extra comfort for meditation
Layers for the cool morning air
