Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath. Experience profound stress relief as you bathe in healing sound frequencies.
I will create a nurturing, rich soundscape using instruments such as Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and more.
You will leave feeling rejuvenated and aligned.
Yoga Mats are provided.
Feel free to bring a blanket (and pillow if needed), and water
