We've partnered with Unleashed, the experts in Leadership Development, to bring you something different: a group coaching session where live challenges get solved in real time, by a room full of people leaders who actually get it.
We’ll invite you to share your biggest people challenges, what's hardest about leading right now or what's keeping you up at night. We listen, we ask the questions that shift your thinking, and we help you to leave with solutions, confidence and a tonne of peer wisdom from the Open Org hive mind.

We’ll get you to put your challenges on the table and ask some of you to take the hot seat
You'll hear how others are navigating the same terrain and realise you’re not alone
You’ll leave away with the collective wisdom of a room full of people who understand the complexities of leading today
