From Stuck to Clarity is a guided group hypnosis session designed to help participants gain clarity on a specific challenge or problem they are facing. Attendees will be guided into a state where they can access their own inner wisdom and leave with a sense of direction.
🌸 What to Expect
The session includes an introduction to hypnosis, a hypnotic induction, a hypnosis experience focused on gaining clarity around one specific problem or challenge and ego-strengthening to increase confidence and self-trust. No prior hypnosis experience is required.
🧺 What to Bring
Please bring an open mind and think of one specific problem or challenge you'd like to gain clarity on. Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax fully while sitting or lying down. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, pillow/cushion and blanket, whatever helps you feel most comfortable.
