​🔒 Booking & Cancellation Policy

​1. Reservation & Payment

• ​All bookings are only confirmed upon full payment (or a non-refundable deposit if you choose a tiered system).

• ​Bookings are strictly non-transferable without written approval from the organizer.

• ​Tickets or passes are valid only for the date, time, and event specified.

​2. No Refund Policy

• ​All sales are final and non-refundable, including in the case of:

  • ​Change of personal plans

  • ​Travel disruptions

  • ​Late arrival or no-show

  • ​Refusal of entry due to policy breach

​3. Cancellation by Guest

• ​Cancellations by guests are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

• ​In exceptional cases (at organizer’s sole discretion), credit may be offered for a future event.

​4. Resale / Transfer

• ​Tickets may not be resold publicly without authorization.

• ​Private transfer is allowed only with prior written approval from the organizer.

• ​Unauthorized resale may result in ticket invalidation without refund.

​5. Event Cancellation or Modification by Organizer

• ​The organizer reserves the right to:

  • ​Modify lineup, timing, or venue setup

  • ​Cancel or reschedule the event due to force majeure or operational reasons

​If the event is cancelled by the organizer:

• ​Guests will receive either:

  • ​A full refund, OR

  • ​A credit for a future event (organizer’s choice if stated in contract)

​6. Entry Conditions

• ​The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for:

  • ​Intoxication or inappropriate behavior

  • ​Failure to comply with dress code

  • ​Security or safety concerns

• ​No refund will be issued in case of refusal of entry.

​7. Force Majeure

• ​The organizer is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (weather, government restrictions, strikes, security issues, etc.).

​8. Age Restriction

• ​Minimum age: 18+ (or 21+ depending on your positioning)

• ​Valid ID required at entry.

• ​“Management reserves the right to upgrade or relocate guests within the venue without notice.”

• ​“Ticket holders consent to potential photography and video capture for promotional use.”

• ​“Strict door policy applies — admission is not guaranteed even with ticket.”
