Mindful Momentum | Reclaiming Time As Your Truth
August carries a natural rhythm of transition: preparing for fall, recalibrating after summer, and easing back into routines that ask more of our time and attention.
In this Mindful Momentum: Restorative Leadership session, we’ll explore time as an expression of agency and boundaries as a practice of sustainability. Reclaiming your time isn’t about productivity; it’s about protecting emotional bandwidth, honoring capacity, and designing a life that aligns with what truly matters.
Together, we’ll look at the internal and external forces that make boundary‑setting difficult, from cultural expectations and generational narratives, to caregiving roles and the fear of disappointing others. We’ll reflect on where our time leaks, where our energy gets stretched thin, and where a clear, grounded “no” might create space for a more aligned “yes.”
This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About Mindful Momentum
Mindful Momentum is a monthly leadership circle led by Yvonne Druyeh Dodd, SeekHer’s Lead of Impact Visioning & Healing-Centered Leadership. Designed for women navigating the push-pull of purpose and pressure, this space offers a gentle reset: where healing meets action, and clarity becomes momentum.
Whether you're feeling emotionally blocked, stretched thin, or simply seeking a more grounded way to lead, this session invites you to slow down and listen inward. Through guided practices and strategic prompts, we’ll explore how to cultivate inner calm while identifying practical steps that support your advocacy, leadership, and wellbeing.
This is not about doing more — it’s about moving differently. With intention. With clarity. With care.
All women, femme‑identifying folks, and allies are welcome here.
