We’re bringing together Executive Directors, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and the people who keep the schedule full to relax, meet local peers, and enjoy conversations that don’t have to fit between meetings.
Last year’s gathering sparked relationships that are still going strong. That’s why we’re doing it again — and why we’d love you to be part of this one.
Come with a colleague or come on your own. We’ll make the introductions. Whether you’ve played for years or never picked up a club, you’ll fit right in. Expect friendly competition, plenty of laughter, and people who understand what it takes to lead a care community.
You’ll also meet the ShiftNex team and learn what joining the ShiftNex network means for a building like yours. Your building, your team, your call. Post a shift and see the whole number before you say yes — what the clinician earns, what the network charges, what you pay. Choose from credentialed Nexians who show up, rate them, and book them again. When a gap opens at 5 am, a named person owns it until it’s covered. Start with one building.
