🌿🌱Join Us at Freedom Community Clinic's Ancestral Healing Farm for an enriching volunteering opportunity on
These workdays are an opportunity to gather in community, care for the land, and support the continued growth of this healing space. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or completely new to farm work, you are welcome here.
What We’ll Be Working On:
Laying down weed barrier + mulch
Bed preparation
Light weeding
Workday Details:
Date: Saturday, March 7th
Time: 9:00AM-11:00AM
Location: 1000 Fish Ranch Road, Orinda CA 94563
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty ( Be mindful of the weather that morning!)
Sturdy, closed-toe shoes
Hat, gloves, and sunscreen
Water bottle
(Optional) Personal gardening tools if you prefer to use your own
We’ll provide tools and guidance on-site. Please arrive on time so we can begin with a brief orientation and safety overview.
Please come prepared with comfortable outdoor work clothes, sturdy shoes, food/snacks, sunscreen, and a water bottle. We look forward to having you with us for a day of community and connection with the land.
