​I started my career as a Broadway performer and found my way into executive roles at high growth tech startups. Every single opportunity I’ve had has come from the consistent practice of reaching out.

​Now I lead Momentum, a growth consultancy for female founders in health and wellness, and build opportunities to help ambitious individuals find their people, with TETHER and Reach Out Party.
