Mentor Onboarding

​The Mentor Onboarding & Coaching call will introduce the structure and expectations of the Women in CEA mentorship program, including the flexible commitment and how to run an effective first meeting. We’ll focus on best practices for mentorship; active listening, creating a safe and confidential space, and knowing when to offer advice versus ask questions, while highlighting the tools and support available to mentors.
