Panelists Information: 

Wenyuan Tang, PE, PMP, ENV SP - Subcategory of Civil/ Water & Wastewater management

Wenyuan Tang is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and Washington and a Project Manager currently working at AECOM in the Water Infrastructure group. He received his M.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and earned his B.S. degree from Colorado State University.

As a Civil Engineer, Wenyuan has over nine years of experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors. His areas of expertise include condition assessments, detailed design, and construction support for a wide range of water and wastewater facilities and pipeline systems.

Grace Baird, PE - Subcategory of Civil/ Transportation

Grace is a PE currently working at AECOM in the Bay Area. Grace received her B.E. degree in civil engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Grace brings in 18 years of experience which includes design of trolley systems, local light rail systems, Amtrak, NJT, and Metro North rehabilitation projects in America and a variety of UK projects including the Greater West and Transpennine Route Upgrade.

Her recent bay area experience includes CAHSR Central Valley Stations, BART CP2, and Caltrain Electrification.

Jose Jimenez Jr., PE - Subcategory of Civil/ Structural

Jose is a PE in California currently working at Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Jose received his M.S. degree in civil and environmental engineering from University of California, Berkeley and graduated with his B.S. degree in civil engineering with a minor in management from University of California, Irvine. 

As a Civil Engineer, Jose’s experience includes structural engineering and construction projects. He started his early career interning as construction management intern at City and County of SF and later on as structural designer at Rutherford + Checkene and KPFF. he then worked for 1 year as an estimator at Weldway Inc before moving onto PG&E and working as design engineer and now leading projects after 4 years of experience there.
