We are taking our SOP from the lab to the women who feed us!
Sanmir Organics is training 80+ amazing women farmers in Fadiya Ghuga on how to dry groundnuts to export-grade: ≤7% moisture, zero aflatoxin.
This SOP was drafted by Prof. Musa Salawu, Biochemistry, University of Ilorin - and we translated it to HAUSA language! 🗣️
Why? Because science must speak the farmer's language.
