The Neurodivergent Fundraiser: Reframing Challenges Into Strengths [DPP Lunch Analysis]
Join Nicole Bela, MSW, CFRE, for a session that explores neurodivergence in fundraising through a strengths-based perspective.
Together, participants will identify common challenges, reframe differences into strengths, and build practical "toolboxes" of strategies and supports that help neurodivergent fundraisers thrive in fast-paced nonprofit environments.
Come to learn and, while sharing is never required, attendees are warmly invited to contribute techniques and strategies that have supported them and may help other neurodivergent fundraisers as well.
About: The Donor Participation Project (DPP) is a community of fundraisers who co-create solutions to reverse the nationwide decline in donor participation (20 million US households lost between 2000-2016).
This event will take place over Zoom.
The session will be recorded and accessible post-event for DPP members only.
