When we resist the pain, we often stay stuck in the same patterns, replaying the same stories of love again and again. But when we move through heartbreak with awareness, it can become a powerful portal — one that expands our capacity to feel, to grow, and to love more deeply than before.

Instead of collapsing into old patterns of chasing, clinging, or shutting down, we explore how to open the body, move emotion, and allow heartbreak to soften and strengthen us into warriors of love- at a time where the world needs us the most 🙏🏻
Using a combination of sensual somatic practices, elemental ritual, relationship repatterning, tantric wisdom, and attachment science, we will gather in community to consciously alchemize heartbreak into deeper clarity, self-devotion, and a more heart-powered life.
Together, we transform grief into movement, insight, and possibility — allowing the end of one love story to become the doorway into a bigger story of love waiting to be written.
