About the Host
Paola Carrillo-Bustamante is a PhD in Computational biology and mom of two. She spent years studying how biological systems work — how the body adapts, compensates, and recovers at a systems level. Then she had two children, and realized that almost none of that knowledge reaches mothers in a useful form.
This workshops exists because the gap between what the science says and what mothers are told is unacceptably wide. Paola is here to close it, with rigor and without jargon.
