ISOUL Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets to ISOUL events are non-refundable once purchased. This includes work
and scheduling conflicts, travel changes, illness, visa or immigration issues,
weather, and non-attendance for any other reason.

ISOUL events are curated and capacity-limited, and every guest is approved
individually. When you register, your seat is reserved and held for you, and it
is not offered to anyone else.

If you cannot attend, you may pass your seat to another guest at no cost.

 at least 48 hours before the event start time with your name, the event name, and the full name and email of your replacement guest. Because we approve every guest individually, transfers are subject to our approval. We will confirm by email and reissue the ticket to the new guest. No refund is issued for a transferred ticket — payment is settled between you and the guest taking your place.

If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If we move an event to a new date, you may keep your ticket for the new date or
request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.

Minor changes are not grounds for a refund: a venue change within the same city,
an adjusted start time, or changes to the speaker lineup and agenda. Speakers are
confirmed in good faith and can change for reasons outside our control.

If you were charged twice for the same event, or bought the wrong ticket type,
email 

 within 7 days of the purchase. We will refund the
duplicate charge or adjust the difference.

Free registrations carry no charge. Repeated no-shows may affect approval for
future ISOUL events — our rooms are small, and a reserved seat left empty takes
the place of someone on the waitlist.

If anything goes wrong with your registration or payment, write to

resolve almost everything directly and quickly.
