Managing Behavior vs Managing Environment
Do you believe that people by nature are prone to laziness and need to be managed? Or do you think that people are naturally curious, motivated and creative?
How do those beliefs shape your approach to managing or influencing other people? How do they affect your relationships with others and with yourself? How do they shape you as a leader?
Join us on Tuesday, November 18, at 5pm at Thinkspace to learn how as we shift focus from managing people's behaviors to managing the environment in which we work and create together, we can tap into our intrinsic motivation, improve relationships and increase productivity.
This conversation will be facilitated by Mila Horsey and Althea Jones, we will share our work and lived experience of environmental approach to management, based on our ongoing exploration of human development, relationships dynamics and neurodiversity paradigm.
