NYC in LA: January Meetup
You’re invited to the NYC in LA January Meetup
📆 Friday, Jan 16, 4-7pm in Venice Beach, California
🗽 What to Expect: A casual hang with people who still walk like they’re late, even when they’re early, and have strong opinions about pizza, bagels, and which borough builds character. Come solo or with friends!
🗽 The Vibe: East Coast personality, West Coast setting.
🗽 Who’s Coming: Former New Yorkers, LA locals who adopted us, people who moved here last month, and people who still say “I just moved” after five years.
🗽 RSVP: If you smiled at any of this, you should probably be there - please rsvp to this invite since space is limited!
🗽 Location: Roosterfish Venice (Outdoor Patio)
We’ll be gathering on Roosterfish’s outdoor patio on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach.
🍕 Pizza: We’re teaming up with local slice shops for this meetup. They’ll have limited free slices for tasting (first come, first served, while supplies last).
Prince St Pizza was founded in 2012, Prince St. Pizza has been credited with creating the Spicy Spring, a take on the classic Sicilian-style pizza with cup and char pepperoni. This award-winning pizza pie has made Prince St. Pizza a permanent fixture in the New York Pizza scene. Since its inception, Prince St. Pizza has proudly delivered happiness with their iconic slices and pies that are made daily from scratch, utilizing a water filtration process to replicate the water used at the original location in NYC.
Abbot’s Pizza Company has been a Venice neighborhood joint for 30 years, built on showing up, feeding people, and outlasting every other shop on Abbot Kinney. Somewhere along the way, it got tired, not dead. Now, that edge is coming back. Same address, new blood bringing you East Coast pizza: thin, crisp, foldable, and built to eat on the move.
