Nateisha Campbell is originally from the Caribbean island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and currently resides in Taiwan. She possesses a PHRi certification and an MBA in Human Resource and Technology Management.
Nateisha started her remote journey when it was far less popular or accessible for people like her, offering freelance HR and Recruiting services to Caribbean and US companies. Ten years later, she has recruited for startups, SMBs, and enterprises across the Caribbean, North America, Europe, and Asia.
Over the last five years, Nateisha has worked fully remotely, first as People & Business Operations Manager at a US SaaS startup, and now as a Fractional Operations Lead for multiple US startups. These roles have put her in close contact with executives and hiring managers, giving her a firsthand view of what they look for when hiring remotely.
