Pink Key Events℠ | Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policies may vary by event. Any event-specific terms will be provided before ticket purchase.

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to limited capacity, advance planning, catering, and experience-related expenses, refunds are not provided for personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, late arrivals, or failure to attend.

If Pink Key Events cancels an event without rescheduling, ticket holders will receive a full refund, including applicable mandatory fees and taxes paid at checkout.

If an event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid. Guests unable to attend the new date may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the official announcement, provided the request is submitted before the rescheduled event.

Reasonable changes to venues, menus, vendors, or activities may occur. If a significant venue change or removal of an essential advertised experience materially affects your purchase, you may request a refund.

Transfers may be permitted with prior approval and must be requested at least seven days before the event. Unauthorized resale or transfers are prohibited.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional bank processing time may apply. Complimentary or sponsored tickets have no cash refund value.
