CV Field Trip: The Joy of Dhamma Practice with Bhante Buddharakkhita at Spirit Rock
✨ Come join us for a beautiful day exploring the purpose of joy at Spirit Rock! 💛
"The Buddha’s teaching (the Dhamma) leads to peace/happiness, knowledge, high knowledge, enlightenment, and final awakening. What is the significance of joy in practicing the Dhamma? Without experiencing joy, the path to freedom might be tough. However, by experiencing joy, we can be motivated to practice the Dhamma. In this daylong program, we will explore the purpose of joy in practicing the Dhamma. The day will include a Dhamma talk, guided meditation, a question and answer session, and discussion"
