PLAY & GO Workshop (DE)
The playful free workshop for change, innovation and collaboration –
Lots of ideas, lots of objections, lots of “yes, but”. And in the end, everything stays in the idea box.
You know something needs to shift in your product, service or communication. But the situation is complex, perspectives clash — and the one idea the whole team can truly get behind has not emerged yet.
What helps now: moving beyond “yes, but” and into shared experimentation.
In this workshop, different perspectives are not discussed endlessly. They are turned into new ideas, developed further and put to the test.
Note: For the game session, I use the serious game “Moonshot – The Innovation Game”. Play & Go is an independently developed and facilitated workshop format.
What becomes possible: fresh perspectives — and first steps forward.
The playful format creates a safe space to try out new ways of thinking, develop ideas quickly and experience a sense of agency. Play & Go is especially useful when teams want to:
move into action during change,
explore innovation and the future together, or
find new communication approaches and formats.
What I want to offer you: the courage to move.
I want to support you in not freezing in the face of complexity, but moving into action — with fresh impulses developed and supported by the team itself.
Let’s go!
Play – how it works
Develop – Play – Reflect – Transfer
Starting with two random terms, each team develops an idea, gives it a name and builds it as a clay prototype. Then the mission to the moon begins: challenges change the conditions, teams gather feedback and develop their idea further.
The first team to land its idea on the moon wins.
A full Moonshot round normally takes considerably longer. In this session, you will get to know the workshop format and its range of methods.

Participation is limited to twelve people. If the workshop is fully booked, please join the waiting list. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
Since there is one participant, who prefers German language and all your public profiles seems pretty German focused, we will switch to German tonight. Please let me know, if this is NOT fine for you.
