​Come and join us for this FREE Women’s Circle in the lovely new space in Tramore, the Pav.
​I am very excited to hold a safe and inclusive space for women where we can reconnect with our bodies, our hearts and each other. I find even simply being in women spaces is very healing.
​We will have some mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, sharing, journaling and light refreshments. Vitamin Sea festival is on that weekend in Tramore, could be a great opportunity for after event to check it out.
