Delivering the foundation

​Drawing on our own evolving evidence, we will share two connected studies: a multi-arm trial testing what happens to learning outcomes when our intervention is replaced by a WhatsApp-only bot, and the RCT that followed it in Delhi, run with Prof. Ambrish Dongre at IIM Ahmedabad (CDSA). Ambrish joins remotely for the RCT design segment. Together, the two studies open onto the question at the heart of the session: what does the human support under an ed-tech intervention actually cost, and what does it lead to?
