We are organizing a meetup for foreign entrepreneurs, aspiring founders, and digital nomads who are interested in starting or expanding their business activities in Osaka and the Kansai region.
This meetup aims to foster meaningful networking among participants, encourage the sharing of business ideas, and provide practical knowledge about living and working in Osaka.
By connecting individuals from diverse backgrounds, we hope to create new opportunities and bring fresh energy to the startup ecosystem in Osaka!

Introduction —This session includes a brief introduction to Osaka Innovation Hub, venue supporter Hankyu Hanshin Properties, and IBPC’s programs for foreign entrepreneurs.
Keynote Speech —A session designed for global founders, offering practical insights on how to communicate effectively with Japanese companies—how decisions are made, what builds trust, and how to navigate business conversations smoothly in Japan.
●A guided by Junik Bae, Innovation Dojo Japan
-Profile: Junik is fluent in Japanese, Korean, and English and has experience doing business on a global scale. He worked for a major Japanese human resources company for a little less than 10 years, and then worked for a global venture capital accelerator, where he was in charge of corporate partnerships. In this program, he will provide support in connecting domestic companies with overseas startups.
He graduated from APU Ritsumeikan University with a degree in International Business.
Lightning Talks —A few participants will share short, inspiring stories or insights from their entrepreneurial journey in Osaka. It’s a great chance to hear real experiences and spark new ideas.
Networking with Casual Bites —We will prepare some light snacks, and you’re more than welcome to bring snacks or dishes from your home country to share with everyone, encouraging collaboration and deeper community connections.
