Join me in Astoria for a special gathering beneath the Hunter's Moon, a Full Moon in Taurus, as we settle into the heart of autumn and explore our relationship with desire, security, attachment, and what truly nourishes us.
We'll move through a full guided breathwork practice, followed by meditation, rest, journaling, and time to gather and connect.
One of the things I love most about our new Astoria space is that we have room to breathe, linger, talk, journal, and gather without being rushed in or out the door. I want these gatherings to feel like a real pause in time.

We'll begin by settling in together, chatting a little about the astrology of the moment, and perhaps pulling a tarot card or two before moving into our breathwork practice.
Whether you've practiced with me before or are completely new to breathwork, you're warmly welcome.
Doors open at 6:30 PM, so feel free to arrive early, get comfortable, and settle into the space. We'll begin our guided practice at 7:00 PM.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported, perhaps a pillow, eye mask, water, or journal.
Blankets are provided! 🤎
And for those traveling from Manhattan or the outer boroughs, or anyone who needs a mat, just let me know! We currently have about 10 yoga mats available to borrow, with more to come.
