I’ve attended five Dr. Joe Dispenza events and watched rooms of a thousand people break through beliefs they’ve carried for decades. I’ve done 5 years of personal solo retreats with zero technology just me, a notebook, and silence. I’ve been inside the best masterminds, the high-ticket conferences, the most exclusive founder rooms in the world.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE 72 HOURS OFF GRID
You arrive by boat to a private hotel on the water in Guatapé. Your bags are taken to your room. You’re handed a welcome drink. And then, as the sun goes down, you sit in a circle around a fire with 30 other founders and you hand over your phone.
That’s the last time you’ll touch a screen for three days.
What fills the space is a carefully designed sequence of experiences that I’ve spent years learning, attending, and refining:
Deep solo reflection exercises
A letter-writing session
Physically demanding
Paired founder exercises
Guided sessions
A uncomfortable and impossible to forget experience
Between the structured sessions: swimming, jacuzzis, nature walks, daily yoga and meditation, world-class meals, and real conversations with founders who are operating at a high level and willing to drop the mask.
There’s also a team competition running across all three days because we are competitive and it would be a crime not to channel that energy. Expect trivia, physical challenges, and something creative that will make everyone laugh.

72 Hours Off Grid is designed for the exercises to go deep on purpose, identity, and relationships. Doing this alongside the person you’re building your life with is a completely different experience than doing it alone. This is a full-property buyout.
Atma Villas is a boutique lakeside hotel in Guatapé, Colombia 17 private villas on the water, surrounded by mountains. For these 72 hours, the entire property belongs to us. No other guests. No public. No strangers. Just our group.
Every meal is included. Every experience is included. Every wellness session is included. You show up. We handle everything else.
There are three accommodation tiers. You’ll choose your specific room after reserving your spot we’ll send you a private room guide with photos so you can pick exactly where you want to stay.

SOLO VILLA — $1,600

Your own private villa. One bed. Entire space to yourself. Private jacuzzi on your deck. Maximum solitude between sessions. Options include lakefront villas with private docks, marina-view villas, and forest settings. If you’re bringing your partner, this is the natural choice you get a completely private space to share the experience and decompress together.
PRIVATE ROOM — $1,300

Your own private bedroom with a door that closes, inside a shared villa with 1-2 other founders. Shared living room, kitchen, and jacuzzi. Privacy when you need it, proximity to the group when you want it. The best balance of solitude and connection.
THE COLLECTIVE — $1,000
10 spots available
Your own bed in an open-plan luxury villa shared with 2-3 other founders. No private bedroom communal energy, constant proximity, and the most social experience of the retreat. Treehouses, jungle villas, and lakefront spaces. If you came here to be around people, this is your tier.
PARTNER ADD-ON — +$300
Your partner shares your accommodation and participates in the full experience. Available at any tier. Includes all meals, sessions, and activities.

THE DETAILS
DATES: July 14–17, 2026 (Tuesday arrival – Friday departure)
CHECK-IN: Tuesday, July 14 at 3:00 PM at Guatapé Marina. Boat transfers to the property begin at 3:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Friday, July 17. Boats depart the property between 10:00–11:00 AM.
LOCATION: Peñol, Antioquia, Colombia. Approximately 2 hours from Medellín by car.
GROUP SIZE: 35 founders maximum. This is a hard cap we will not add spots.
PARTNERS: Encouraged. +$300 per partner. They participate fully every exercise, every meal, every session. Solo Villa (Tier 1) is the most natural fit for couples. Partner add-on available at any tier.
PHONES: All devices are collected on arrival and returned on departure morning. This is non-negotiable. If you are not willing to be unreachable for 72 hours, this event is not for you.
FITNESS: Required a difficult physical activties on uneven terrain. Moderate fitness recommended. Challenging but not extreme.
WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes for 3 days. Walking shoes. Swimwear. A pen. A book if you want. Old journals or notebooks if you have them. No laptops, no tablets.

Do I really have to give up my phone for 3 days?
Yes. This is the foundation of the entire experience, not a gimmick. Your phone is collected on arrival evening and returned on departure morning. If you have a genuine emergency situation (young children, medical), talk to Thomas we’ll arrange a solution. But the default is full surrender. The EH team has a working phone on property at all times and we’ll provide an emergency contact number after booking.
Should I bring my partner?
We highly encourage it. Most founders do all their personal development alone and then come home changed but their partner has no idea what happened or why. This retreat is designed to go deep on purpose, identity, and relationships. Going through it together is a completely different experience. The letter-writing, the reflection, the silence, the gratitude circle they hit differently when the person you love is right next to you. Your partner doesn’t need to be a founder or a member. They just need to be willing to go all in for 72 hours. +$300 add-on, shares your accommodation.
Which tier is best for couples?
Solo Villa (Tier 1, $1,600 + $300 partner) is the natural choice. You get an entire private villa to yourselves with a jacuzzi on your deck a space to decompress together between sessions. Private Room and Collective tiers work too, but for couples, the full privacy of a Solo Villa makes the experience.
How do I get there?
Fly into Medellín (MDE). From there, it’s about 2 hours by car to Guatapé. We’ll send recommended transportation options after you book. On July 14, meet at Guatapé Marina by 3:00 PM boats transfer you to the property. (We will also arrange group transport directly from Medellin)
What if there’s an emergency and someone needs to reach me?
Thomas and the EH team have a phone on property at all times. Your emergency contacts can reach you through us. We’ll provide an emergency contact number after you book.
What’s the fitness level required?
Moderate. Will include challenging but not extreme activities. If you can walk for an hour on uneven ground, you’re fine. Everything else is seated, standing, or optional.
Is this a spiritual or religious event?
No. No doctrine, no guru, no dogma. There’s optional yoga and meditation. The rest is structured exercises, honest conversation, and practical reflection. Everything is grounded in clarity, not belief systems.
I’m not a ‘journaling person.’ Will I get anything out of this?
Some of the most powerful moments at retreats like this come from people who have never journaled. Every exercise has clear prompts and structure you’re never staring at a blank page. The people who resist this the most often get the most out of it.

Can I arrive early or stay late?
The property is exclusively ours July 14–17. If you want extra time in Guatapé or Medellín before or after, we can recommend options.
