12:00–2:00 PM | Focused Co-Work
We'll kick things off with two hours of quiet, focused work. Bring your biggest priorities, settle in, and enjoy the accountability that comes from working alongside other business owners who are getting things done.
2:00–3:00 PM | Community Lunch
Take a break, grab your lunch, and spend some time getting to know your Business Cousins. Some of the best ideas, collaborations, referrals, and friendships start over lunch.
3:00–3:45 PM | LinkedIn for Opportunity with Parchelle
Parchelle will lead a practical training on using LinkedIn more intentionally to create new opportunities, strengthen your professional presence, and build meaningful relationships that support your business.
3:45–5:00 PM | Outreach Power Hour
Now it's time to put what you've learned into action.
We'll spend the final work sprint tending to one of the most valuable parts of any business: your people ecosystem.
Bring the outreach you've been avoiding.
The follow-ups you've been meaning to send.
The introductions.
The thank-yous.
The check-ins.
The messages you've rewritten five times but still haven't hit send on.
