​This workshop will walk through the full journey of writing and growing on Substack — from finding your ideas and developing your voice, to editing your work and knowing when it's ready to publish. We'll also talk about how to stay consistent without burning out, whether you need a niche or not, and how to handle self-doubt when you're just starting out. By the end, writers will leave with a clearer sense of their own process and how to start sharing their work with the world.

​Feifei is a writer, with over five years of experience across email copywriting, ghostwriting, YouTube scriptwriting, and content strategy. She started her Substack in 2024, began posting consistently in March of last year, and has since grown her audience from 45 to over 33,000 subscribers. She has been published both locally and internationally, and writes about everything from personal essays to cultural criticism and behind the scenes of her professional work.
