About the Event
Meditation Space is a weekly gathering devoted to collective practice, presence, and inner connection.
Every Tuesday evening, we come together to pause, breathe, and return to ourselves stepping out of the noise of daily life and into a space of stillness and awareness.
Each session explores a different meditation approach from breath awareness and body-based practices to loving-kindness, visualization, sound, and mindful inquiry.
This is not about doing it perfectly.
It is about practicing together.
We close each session with a mini tea ceremony, a simple and grounding moment to integrate, soften, and reconnect before stepping back into the evening.
A warm, intimate, and welcoming space where everyone is invited beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
What to Expect

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience needed.
How to Prepare & Guidelines
Before the session
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early
• Doors close at 20:00 to protect the space
During the experience
• Phones off
• Respectful silence during practice
• Conscious and mindful sharing
• Alcohol- and drug-free space
What to bring
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)

Co-founder of Samanà Space and meditation facilitator dedicated to creating grounded, accessible spaces for presence and self-inquiry. Through mindfulness, embodied awareness, and collective practice, she supports people in cultivating clarity, calm, and sustainable inner balance.
