This month, death doula and writer Suprita Kudesia lovingly guides us to befriend the idea of death from afar and how to find everyday wonder in endings.
Here's how the hour will go:
We'll take a few minutes to arrive, introduce your hosts, and cast a spell (because, why not) before we begin.
Then Suprita will help us explore death with anticipation and spaciousness, using wonder as a tool to ground ourselves and stay present. She'll introduce a trauma-informed, gentle practice of writing a letter to death (of any kind aka identity, a dream, or any loss), and a meditation on everyday wonder.
Next, we'll match you into small groups with thoughtful prompts to actually meet each other. Not "what do you do for work." The kind of questions that help you find the besties who end up in your group chat.
You'll leave a little less alone in your wondrous, witchy ways.

Suprita is a death doula, coach, and writer. She's drawn to the threshold moments of our lives, when something has ended and the next thing hasn't yet taken shape. Her work begins with deep and exacting attention to what happens when we are in-between worlds.
