About Event

Ready to kick up some sand? Join us for a one-night backpacking adventure at Great Sand Dunes National Park! We’ll trek across rolling dunes, soak up epic views, and swap stories under a sky full of stars. Whether you’re a seasoned backpacker or just want to try something new, this is your chance to explore one of Colorado’s wildest landscapes with a fun crew.

Don’t forget your essentials! Here’s your suggested packing list: backpack, tent, sleeping bag and pad, headlamp, warm layers, rain jacket, sturdy shoes, water (at least 3 liters), snacks, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, any essential toiletries

Further logistics will be planned once a group is formed- there will likely be options to share tent space to help minimize the loads in our packs. We will plan to pack out dinner and breakfast. But everyone bring any additional snacks you might want!
