Coherence Coworking Lab

This Friday, October 23rd is our last Lab at Mateada until we return to the island in May.
We started this in August as a trial, not knowing whether it would hold. It did. People came back. Things got built. A few of you found each other in that room and are still working together.
Whether you have been to all of them or this is your first time, the intention is the same: a space where creatives, entrepreneurs, and healers can slow down, listen to what is wanting to emerge, and hold what we are building together.
Here is how we will spend our time:
12:00–12:15 | Welcoming the Whole Person
12:15–12:30 | Space Agreements + Introductions
12:30–1:00 | Inner Knowing
1:00–1:15 | Break
1:15–2:00 | Intentional Connection
2:00–3:00 | Coworking + Skill and Knowledge Sharing
We will close differently this time. The last part of the afternoon is for naming what you are carrying into the winter, and for finding the people who can hold it with you.
Bring your inner and outer work, something to write with, and whatever you are currently holding or building.
This Lab is free and by donation, as it has been all along. Any amount is welcome, including none.
What happens between now and May
We have been training people to hold space in the way these Labs are held, so that this does not depend on the two of us being on the island.
If you have ever thought about holding something of your own, a morning mindfulness session, a co-work block, a session on functional body movement, what makes you come to life, reach out to us via email. Mateada is beginning to pilot a new membership model and needs hosts
