This is a closed-door, peer group format - for open and honest conversations.
Exit Academy is designed as a continuous 3-part journey.
The same group moves through all sessions together, building trust, shared context, and more open conversations along the way.
Participation is limited to ensure relevant peer discussions.

Academy attendance
All DTS academies are free to attend. However, to secure your spot, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the event start time will incur a 500 DKK fee.
