About Event
Release tension, restore mobility, and reset your nervous system.
In this workshop, you’ll experience:
•Centering and body awareness exercises to reset alignment
•Breathwork to calm and center the nervous system
•Guided foam roller release for tight muscles and joints
•Techniques to reduce adhesions and improve movement patterns
• A guided closing meditation to release and restore physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Must be comfortable with floor exercises.
