An informal pilates class focusing on beginner techniques and moves you can practice at home. Join us in the cozy Skeleton Dojo Lounge. All skill levels welcome, happening every Sunday morning.
Public event, donations appreciated ($10-25 suggested, but no one turned away), walk ins welcome, RSVPs encouraged.

Skeleton Dojo is located in the Lower Level Office Suites of the Lafayette Lofts & Church building on Elmwood. Enter through the big red doors to the right of the small playground, go downstairs, go right and continue following signs to find the space.
