Cultivating Imagination: Tending to what's emerging
A 90-minute workshop for change-makers and all sorts of curious folk.
Imagination is not daydreaming or fantasy. It is not only for those in creative vocations; nor simply an indulgent activity for those with abundant leisure time.
Imagination is the precondition to change, and any new possibility taking root. It is our individual and collective power in these times of rapid change and uncertainty.
This innate human capacity, however, is like a muscle: it weakens when we don't use it. It needs to be practiced and exercised regularly.
This workshop is a guided, playful practice in imagination, and it has very practical applications in our lives and work: it refreshes vision, prompts insights, deepens connection, and catalyzes new, creative possibilities for us to carry forward.

This is for you if you are:
Sensing that a shift in your life or work is necessary, and are curious to explore it more deliberately. Especially if you're feeling stuck!
Navigating a transition, or at a crossroads and seeking wisdom and resourcefulness.
Feeling that you're being pulled in many directions, and craving time and space to reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Curious about cultivating your imagination and working with the old stories (fairytales and myths).
What we'll do:
Reflect on the moment we find ourselves in, and explore different ways of seeing its possibilities.
Practice different way of attuning our awareness through guided meditation and visualization.
Directly experience how the imagination comes alive through engaging with old stories: we'll work with one particular fairytale or myth for this.
Identify something of value to carry forward from this experience into our daily lives.
Group sharing, resourcing, and sense making throughout.
What you'll leave with:
Awareness of limiting assumptions or ideas that are no longer serving you.
Clarity on what is emerging in your life and/or work, and (at least) one tangible way to practice tending to it.
A sense of renewed connection, creativity and groundedness.

A Note on Investment
This workshop is offered on a sliding scale: $25/$55. Choose the tier that honestly reflects your current financial situation. No explanation needed, and please excuse the limitations of the Luma platform in how it displays the sliding scale in the checkout process (it has the high range of $55 as the 'Suggested' and $25 as 'Minimum').
$25 — Standard For those who can meet this cost without strain. Your basic needs are reliably met, you have some expendable income, and paying this amount doesn't require you to sacrifice anything essential. This tier is intended to make this work widely accessible.
$55 — Support the Work For those with financial security and comfort— steady income, savings, and the ability to pay for wants and needs. Choosing this tier directly supports the facilitator in creating, holding, and further developing this work.
