βHOW IT WORKS
βWhen you apply, you tell us two things:
βπ― Your ask: one specific thing you're stuck on right now
βπ€ Your give: something you can help another founder with in 20 minutes
βOn the day, everyone's asks and gives go up on the Buzz Board. You scan it, find the people who can unblock you (and the people you can unblock), and sit down together for 20 focused minutes. Then you switch and go again.
βEvery hour you give is logged. Help someone today, and that hour is yours to call back in later when you need help.
βJust founders unblocking founders.

βWHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
βA fix for something that's been stuck for weeks. An intro you couldn't get on your own. A founder worth calling next month. Sometimes a collaborator or a customer.
βββββββββββ WHO BOARDS
ββ Your thing is LIVE: real users, customers or revenue. You'll paste the link.
ββ You're the founder or co-founder, in the grunt of it.
ββ Your ask is specific. Not "growth". More like "trial-to-paid is stuck at 4%".
ββ You can give 20 real minutes: a fix, a skill, an intro.
βWHO DOESN'T
ββ Ideas, decks, or "launching next month". Come back the day it ships.
ββ Service sellers, recruiters, or investors scouting without giving time.
ββ Plus-ones. Everyone applies on their own.
