About Event

Join us for an informative and participatory urban nature walk at Thornton Place in Seattle! Hosted by educator/artist/author/plant forager Cheryl Wheeler, this interactive walk and talk will provide 1) a glimpse into Seattle's environmental restoration activities and 2) an informal opportunity to identify Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles essential to successful community education.

This activity is open to all curious folks and is a six-minute walk from the Northgate Transit Center.
