​Whether you're new to the Alexander Technique or looking to deepen your understanding, this session offers valuable insights for vocalists of all levels.

​What to Bring:

• ​A stack of paperback books (2–4” high when stacked)

• ​A yoga mat or access to carpeted floor space (enough room to lie down with knees raised and feet on the floor)

• ​A solid-bottom chair with a ladder-style back (2 chairs if available)

​Michele Capalbo is a voice teacher, performer, adjudicator, researcher, and writer. She has received singing and publishing awards and holds performance and voice pedagogy degrees. Michele is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique (M AmSAT).
