About Event

Live to 100, and feel like it the whole way.

This week the roundtable is led by our guest, Ilhui Hernandez, founder of Rootwell, your personal longevity companion, currently in build. Ilhui is a biologist and chemical engineer who works in longevity science, and she has spent her career on the link between what we eat, the land it comes from, and the diseases that shorten our lives. She has run research in laboratories across Latin America, Europe and North America, taught food science in her own community, and she writes on natural longevity at ilhui.com, with her book Nature's Code on the way.

She will walk us through what the science actually supports about living to 100, the habits that compound over decades, and the ones that are marketing. Then the table opens, so bring the question you have been meaning to ask a longevity scientist.

The Longevity Social Club Weekly Roundtable is a live online roundtable for female founders and executives, every Wednesday. One hour, cameras on, everyone talks. Free for members.

The Weekly Roundtable is the hour where you stop building alone. One in seven women founders say loneliness is their single biggest challenge, and peer support is the number one thing that fixes it. Pull up a virtual chair.

A society for female founders focused on the longevity of their business and their health.
