​What does a fair price really mean when algorithms can change it or mystery fees suddenly appear at checkout and fans have little choice but to pay?

​From football matches to concerts and festivals, Euroconsumers and Football Supporters Europe bring together fans, the live events industry and consumer advocates to tackle dynamic pricing, ticket resale and hidden fees.

​Through an interactive discussion, we'll explore what deserves a red card, what gets a green card, and how the EU's Digital Fairness Act can help make ticketing fairer for consumers.
