Morning Culture Club - Ice Cream & Ice Bath Run + DJ after

​The first Ice Cream Run in Alkmaar — ever.
· Gather and checkin: 08:30-08:45 @ Stadsstrand De Kade
· Warming up and start run: 09:00

​A wonderful route of 5km trough Alkmaar.
We run at an easy pace (6:15 min/km) with good people and an unreal vibe.

​We have two delicious stops (consumption included):

1. ​Ice Salon #1 🍦

2. ​Ice Salon #2 🍧

​After the run: we go back to Stadsstrand De Kade for a proper reset:
· DJ set to keep the energy up 🎶
· 2–3 ice baths waiting for you 🧊
