GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Individual participation only.
2. The event consists of four rounds.
3. Only shortlisted participants will proceed to the subsequent rounds.
4. Participants are expected to be dressed in formal attire.
5. The judges' decision shall be final.
ROUND 1 – CASE STUDY
Participants will analyze a business case, identify key issues, and present an effective managerial solution within the allotted time.
ROUND 2 – ACT IT OUT
Participants will be divided into groups. Each group will be given a brand along with a fictional business or workplace situation. The groups must discuss the problem, act out the situation, and present a practical solution.
ROUND 3 – GROUP DISCUSSION
Participants will engage in a group discussion on a management topic to showcase their communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
ROUND 4 – STRESS INTERVIEW
Participants will face a panel interview consisting of challenging managerial and situational questions designed to evaluate confidence, presence of mind, and decision-making under pressure.
EVENT TIMING 9:30 AM Onwards
VENUE: Seminar hall, Ground floor (Annex Block)
FINAL ROUND: Main Auditorium (Main Block)
Participants are requested to complete the registration between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM on Day 1 and Day 2 for the respective events.
Participants are requested to be present at their respective venue 15 minutes prior to the event.
Registration Steps
Enter the required details (Name, College Name, Email ID, Phone Number, etc.).
Click the Google Form link and complete the payment. Amount to be paid per person is rupees 100.
Upload the payment screenshot in the Google Form and submit it.
Return to the Luma event page and select "Uploaded the Screenshot".
Click "Request to Join".
Once your request is approved by the host, you will receive a confirmation email for your event participation.
Keep the confirmation email and QR code safe, as they are required for event entry.
